SCRIPT COMPETITION


TV Script Competition Submission Details

DEADLINE
All script submissions must be received no later than July 15th, 2017.

SUBMISSION FEE
$30 by June 9th (earlybird), $45 by June 23 (regular), $55 by July 15 (late). To be fair to all writers, we do not grant fee waivers so please do not ask.

AWARDS & PRIZES
- A development meeting with an HBO executive
- Meeting with Josh McGuire of Underground Management
- A one-on-one meeting with professional writers at the Jacob Kreuger Studio in NYC
- (1) Content Creator Festival Pass

PILOT COMPETITION


TV Pilot Competition Submission Details

DEADLINE
All produced TV pilot submissions must be received by June 30th July 15th, 2017.

SUBMISSION FEE
$55 per project per category. If you submit your project in multiple categories you have to pay the fee multiple times. To be fair to all creators, we do not grant fee waivers so please do not ask.

Submissions are welcome from all countries but must be in English or have English subtitles.

SELECTION ANNOUNCEMENTS
Selections will be announced August 15th, 2017.

ACCEPTANCE CATEGORIES
There are two acceptance categories: 1) Official Screening Selection and 2) Network Notes. A screening acceptance means your project has been selected to screen at the festival. A network notes acceptance means your project has not been accepted to screen at the festival but has been selected for a free development meeting with one of our judges/executives to give you the notes and feedback about the project for future consideration.

PREMIERE REQUIREMENTS 
We have no premiere requirements. All projects are welcome to submit regardless of being previously screened at other festivals. Our focus is simply on finding the world's best shows and talent.

ACCEPTANCE PERKS
Projects selected to screen receive 1 live Q&A at the festival plus 2 complimentary Content Creator passes which give full access to the entire festival plus access to private VIP only parties for talent and industry executives. Attendance is required for festival screening. Additional passes for cast, crew, family and friends are not included.

REQUIREMENTS

Television pilot submissions should be single pilot episodes between 22-30 (ish)  minutes (for half-hours) or 42-50(ish) minutes (for hour-longs).

Web series submissions should have either: (1) a minimum of 3 episodes of any length or (2) two episodes totaling at least 10 minutes of total run time.

Short films should be a maximum of 25 minutes

Documentary films should be a minimum of 65 minutes

Animation can be TV or web, not to exceed 28 minutes

All genres are welcome except horror/slasher
